Shipping Policy

Australian shipping is available via Australia Post.

An order confirmation and invoice are sent to the email address nominated at checkout.

Shipping Within Australia

Handling Time:
We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of placing your order, Monday-Friday (AEST). Please note no orders will be placed on Queensland public holidays. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Another email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. 

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 (for all Australian Domestic Orders) 
  • Shipping is charged at $15 (express) and $11 (standard) 
  • New Zealand Shipping is charged at $35 (express) and $22 (standard) 
  • International Shipping is a flat rate of $35 

How long will my order take to arrive?


From the time of dispatch, domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days, and up to 12 business days if you’re regional. Please note that the information below is a guide only. 

All of our orders are sent via Australia Post. 

Standard delivery in Australia: 3-9 business days

Regional & rural areas: Expect an additional  7-12 days 

Express Post delivery in Australia: 1-3 days

Standard delivery to NZ: 3-10 business days. 

International shipping can take anywhere between 8-25 working days from Australia.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder emails. Upon despatch, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number please email us with your order number at hello@soulorganic.com.au.

Incorrect Address:                                                                                                 

Please email us at hello@soulorganic.com.au as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for another shipping fee. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement for incorrect addresses provided. 

 Do you offer returns?

If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please submit a return request to hello@soulorganic.com.au outlining the primary reason for the return (damage or fault). This must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your product with the sales invoice included in the package. We recommend using tracking for returns as we cannot guarantee a full refund if your product gets lost during transit.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
