Returns & Refund policy
Soul Organics is happy to replace any product that is faulty and/or damaged. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return.
If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not offer any exchanges or refunds due to change of mind due to the nature of the product. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you
When required under Australian Consumer Law, Soul Organics will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product is damaged, or
- An error has been made on our part, or
- The product is faulty, and
- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Exchange Policy:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue right away.
Please email us at hello@soulorganic.com.au or text us as on 0403 803 534 with the relevant details so that we can further investigate the issue. To make your claim please email the following information to our support team:
- Name & Product Details
- Proof of Purchase (including order number)
- Details of issue with products.
Please include a photograph of the packaging if suspected damage prior to opening.
We will send you a return label if the product is deemed faulty, incorrect or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the product is defective or damaged or the incorrect item, we will provide an exchange and send out a new product or in some cases determine the approval or rejection of a refund (less shipping).
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for refund processing time.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@soulorganic.com.au.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Policy Changes:
Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
