Clean & Easy Wild Blueberry Smoothie Bowl 🫐🌿
This smoothie bowl is one of my favourite quick and easy go-to bowls and not only is it convenient but so versatile as you can add whatever suits you and whatever fresh produce you have on hand plus adding Organic Wild Blueberry Powder means you get an intense nutrient, antioxidant and superfood boost.
You simply need to remember to keep some bananas in the freezer and if you are following Medical Medium protocols you probably already go through a mountain of bananas a week. I always peel and chop a bunch of bananas and place into a zip lock bag every week before they get too ripe. In my opinion Frozen bananas add a more refreshing cool taste to smoothies and it is just quick & convenient.
To make your Wild Blueberry Smoothie Bowl simply Blend together:
• 2 frozen bananas
• 2 tbsp organic wild blueberry powder
• ½ cup coconut water
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding the coconut water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings ✨ Mango, fresh berries, banana, coconut flakes or dried mulberries.
Feel free to add organic red dragon fruit powder or fresh mango or papaya.
